Improved .sensiolabs.yml handling

As you may have already experienced with other SaaS tools, storing configuration as a file in the project has many advantages: the configuration lies close to the code, it is possible to change the configuration for a specific branch / PR, it is possible to try different configurations, etc.

At SymfonyInsight, we embrace this by promoting the usage of the .sensiolabs.yml file in your repository to configure how your project should be analyzed over the web based configuration.

However, due to how we run analysis internally, some options such as the PHP version or its extensions were only available in the web configuration.

We improved this experience by adding support for all the configuration options in the YAML configuration file. Configuring SymfonyInsight is now possible entirely from the .sensiolabs.yml file!
